Net Payments is a payment processing brokerage service that connects businesses with a suitable Payment Service Provider (PSP). We use our industry experience and connections to source competitive rates and recommend payment solutions that best match your business requirements.
We do not process payments directly. Instead, we facilitate connections between you and established payment service providers such as Stripe, eWay, Pin Payments, Braintree, Square, PayPal, Tyro, and others at rates better than you would typically receive by applying directly.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and current market rates. Quotes are conditional and subject to approval by the payment provider.
Our "Best Rate Guarantee" and "Best Domestic Rate Guarantee" refers specifically to our best effort to source the lowest available AUD domestic transaction percentage fee for your business type and volume.

If you choose to select a payment provider through a referral link provided on our website, we may receive a commission or referral fee from that provider. This does not affect the rates or terms offered to you.
We do not charge you for our brokerage service. Our service is provided free of charge, and any compensation we receive comes directly from the payment providers.
Your contract will be directly between you and the payment provider you choose. Net Payments is not a party to this contract and has no ongoing obligations or liability under your agreement with the provider.
All terms, conditions, rates, and service levels will be governed by your direct agreement with the chosen payment provider. Any disputes or issues must be resolved directly with that provider.

If you choose a payment provider through our recommendation and proceed with their services, we will provide a complimentary hosted payment page with your business branding at no additional cost.
We also offer paid services including website development, payment integration assistance, and custom payment solutions. These services are separate from our free brokerage service and will be clearly identified with separate terms if you choose to engage them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Payments shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service or any quotes provided.
Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy of information, the availability of our service, or the success of any application to payment providers.
Information you provide through our quote forms is treated as confidential and will not be shared with payment providers without your express consent (i.e. if you choose to submit an application). We collect this information solely for the purpose of providing our brokerage service and never share it with third parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability of our website or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
